We audit your existing sequences against our wellness performance benchmarks and add our six flows alongside what you have, or refine the underperforming ones. Nothing is removed without your sign-off. Clients with existing email platforms retain their history rather than starting from a blank list.

The onboarding form takes approximately 8 minutes to complete. Meridian configures your system automatically from your answers. Your retention email account, lists, segments, brand library and outreach sequences are all set up within the hour. The onboarding call covers DNS records, any booking platform connections and a walkthrough of your live dashboard.
If you already have one, we connect to it during onboarding using your API key. If you do not, we walk you through creating one on the onboarding call. The cost of your retention email platform up to $150 per month is absorbed into your Meridian subscription.
There is a 3-month minimum after your 60-day free trial. After that you cancel with 30 days notice, no questions asked. Founding partners have an additional 30-day cancellation guarantee on top of the free trial.
Customer sourcing and outreach begins in week one. Early warm leads typically appear in week two to three. Lifecycle sequence results, including rebooking rate improvements, become visible in month two once enough guests have moved through the flows. We give every new client a personalised KPI document at their onboarding call with realistic month 1, 3 and 6 targets for their specific business type and market.
